I specialize in custom itineraries to Greece (my fave), but I am happy to craft a customized itinerary for anywhere I've been (psst, that's a lot of places). I like a combination of independent exploration and small group tours. The ratio depends on the travelers' comfort level
River cruises
What an elegant and easy way to get a nice taste of a destination. River boats typically hold about 90 passengers and include excursions in small groups lead by local experts. You will love the luxury of unpacking just one time for the entire trip.

Independent travel can be great fun, but not everything will be perfect. Group tours take the worry out. I prefer itineraries with a bit of both.
Should I go solo, or with a tour?
Against all industry advice, I do not. Why? Because I am going to learn as much from you as you from me.
do you charge a consultation fee?
Do I even need to answer this one? Okay, with the right inputs and a massive grain of salt, AI chatbots can be pretty helpful. But wouldn't you rather interact with a flesh and blood person?
Are you better than a chatbot?
While I am happy to book your flights to save you the headache, if you are simply shopping by price, you are better off setting an alert with Google Flights or a similar platform.
can you find me cheap flights?
Absolutely yes, especially if you will be engaging in sporting activities. Plans range from medical evacuation to full coverage if you have to cancel for any reason.
Should I buy travel insurance?
Because you unpack once and get to experience a new city every day, getting pampered in your luxury floating hotel along the way. Ships usually hold about 90 passengers.
Why river cruises?
Solo travel is a great way to explore, and you can make friends on the road. Plenty of operators now cater to solo travelers.
Can I travel solo?
This was the name we gave our home in Atlantida, Uruguay. We named it this because we moved there with our three cats. The name brings back good memories and reminds us of our daring adventure
